One large pack of crescent rolls
Grease a 9 x l3 pan (with butter) Open the rolls and lay in pan (long way). Pinch the perforations together (to make one "whole" crust). Bake at 350 for 8-l0 minutes until golden - cool.
Mix one 8 oz. cream cheese with one 2 oz. pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (NOT the dip) and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
Chop veggies fine (I use carrots, broccoli and celery mixed) and spread on top. Sprinkle with grated parmesian cheese and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares and serve.
I'm sure you can use any kind of veggies you prefer. My aunt has already made one with bacon and chopped eggs (it was ok - not great). nanci
