I'm looking for a recipe/guidelines/ideas using a round Hawaiian bread, or any round bread.
I want to fill the sandiwch with various meats, cheeses and spreads and slice into 12 sections - kinid of like a layered Italian sanwich. (I know they will be small - this is for a women's tennis luncheon where several other things will be served.)
Has anyone ever done anything similar? I love getting in the kitchen and experimenting, but I thought someone might have some suggestions about quantities, etc.
