Large casserole dish I use is usually
at least a 2 quart shallow glass dish, not
deep dish. Can double recipe and place
in larger pan.
If you want a deeper top crust when using larger pan you can do and additional top crust.
When using frozen vegetables mentioned, I do one chicken/vegetable mixture in larger pan
with two crust mixtures on top.
