Here's a recipe that I use:
Buffalo Chicken Wings
2 1/2# chicken wings 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce 1/4 cup butter, melted 2 Tblsp worcestershire sauce
Split wings at joints and discard tips; pat dry. Bake wings on a rack in a roasting pan at 425 for 1 hour; turn halfway through cooking time. Combine remaining ingredients. Toss wings in sauce to coat completely. You can also use purchased wing sauce.
I would plan on 3-6 wings per person. I know that I can eat 10-12 at a time, but I eat less if there's other food.
