I am planning on serving a dish called Paella for some friends. This dish has ingredients of chicken, italian sausage and shrimp with tomatoes, zuchinni, onions, red pepper and garlic and arborio rice with a flavoring of saffron. What I am looking for is an a new type of appetizer that would be nice to serve with cocktails beforehand.
