I just love teas! I would serve Irish Breakfast tea. If you need to know how to make the tea from the leaves for a crowd, let me know. I have a tea concentrate recipe. I would also serve Irish Soda Bread. I have a recipe for that, also, but I think there's been some posted here. The bread I make is fairly dry, so it goes well with tea. You could do tea sandwiches or scones. If you're looking for a main dish, a lamb stew would be good.
