We like to eat an appetizer at our local Chinese place,
it is a crab filled wonton, pinched closed with the
tips fanned out. Served fried-6 pieces.
We absolutely love it with a sweet Chinese red sauce.
Resently tried the same dish at another place,
they served theirs with cream cheese in filling,
and served them with a warmed up sweet sauce.
We love the hot little bites with the hot sauce.
Gee, I could eat these for a dessert or in place of
a meal.
