Hi Gail, here is a recipe which also serves 10 and could easily be doubled or trippled. California blend casserole 3 cups chopped chicken 1/2 cup chopped onion 1- 16 oz. package Cali. blend vegetables 8 slices american cheese 2 cans mushroom soup 1- 6 0z. package stuffing mix prepared according to package directions. Place the chicken and onion in a 9 x 13 casserole spread on the vegetables, then the cheese, then the soups (I like to use one can cream of mushroom and one can cream of chicken) Spread the prepared stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hr.
