I use a seasoning called Williams Spicy Wings seasoning, it is wonderful, you don't have to use hot sauce it is spicy enough,all you have to do is dip the wings in buttermilk or milk to moisten and roll the chicken to coat it do this twice for maxuim crispiness, i don't know if they have a web site but here is their address Williams Foods, inclenexa kansas 66215, please try this it is wonderful it reminds me of hooters wings without dipping them in hot sauce, all you have to do after you coat the wings is deep fry at 350 degress, or bake them at 400 for about 30 minutes until done, for best results spray with pam before baking.Iwill look up and see if they have a web site and let you know
