Hi, When we make wings my husband and I just deep fry the wings for about 15 minutes a batch in our T-fal fryer. We make a sauce using Durkee's Red Hot Sauce and unsalted butter. First you melt 2 Tblsp of butter, and add 3/4 to 1 cup of the hot sauce. We put the fried wings in a glass casserole and brush them with the sauce all over. Then we bake them in a 425 degree oven for about 5 minutes. They are easy and delicious too. We also do a garlic butter sauce and brush that on the wings. It's yummy too!
