This is so pretty that it deserves to be the centerpiece of the table. Here is a link to the site where I found it - you just have to see the photo (the bottom one) to get the full idea.

It's also an easy and tasty spead (you could use your favorite spread instead - it's the presentation that says "WOW").

Blossom-Shaped Seafood Dip

1/2 small onion, minced
1/2 cup celery chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked crab, shrimp, or lobster
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 endive

Blend all of the ingredients (except the endive) in a food processor until well mixed. Form the mixture into a ball. Place the endive leaves into the dip, starting at the bottom and working your way around to the top to create a blossom effect. Use the endive leaves to scoop the dip.
