Tsatsiki
4-5 cloves garlic crushed to death (juices saved with the garlic) 1/2 lb. plain flavour yogurt 1/2 tblspoon olive oil salt and pepper 1/4 cucumber, peeled , grated, and drained
Mix first four ingredients.
Store in fridge until ready to serve (at least 1/2 hour).
Mix in cucumber just before serving.
