While looking for other cookie recipes in my loose cookie recipes file, I came across these cute bunnies that reminded me of your Brownie Pop post...perhaps these would work on a stick for Easter?? I think they eed to be kept in the refrigerator but the end of the recipe is cut off, so I am not sure. I do remember they were VERY rich.

TIPS FOR DECORATING BUNNY SHAPES: Use Cake Mate decorating icings or gels to draw bunny eyes, nose and mouth. Use Cake Mate rainbow decors to create outline for clothing, (vests, bow ties, etc) then use assorted colored crystals to fill in the designs. Use sugar coated gumdrops cut into shapes to create carrots and leaves.
