1 pint Everclear (if not avalable substitute w/irish whiskey)
1 pint vodka(good brand Absolute etc.)
4 oz instant coffee
8 cups sugar
4 cups water
8 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 real vanilla bean

Boil water add coffee & sugar boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add the "meat from the vanilla bean. Stir.
Add all other ingredients. Stir.
This does not need refidgeration. Keeps up to 3 months.
