Christmas Punch (Bul de Navidad) Puerto Rican recipe Servings 10-12
4 cups pineapple juice 4 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed, if possible) 1 cup fresh lemon juice (we use what in America is known as limes-Mexican small green lemons) 1 cup golden rum 1 lime, cut into small pieces 1/2 cup each fresh mango and papaya chunks (if mango is not available, use 1 cup of papaya) ice cubes fresh mint leaves for garnish Combine all of the liquids in a punch bowl. Add the fruit, ice, and mint leaves. Serve well chilled.
