PRINCESS CAKE
1 (18.25 oz) box white cake mix. 1 (3 oz)package strawberry flavored gelatin 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen srawberries, thawed and drained 1/2 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease one (9 or 10 inch) bundt or angel food cake pan.
Combine the cake mix, gelatin, flour, eggs, and thawed strawberries. Beat at medium speed of a electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add the oil and beat for one more minute. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cake cool before frosting or serving.
OPTIONAL: You can bake this cake in a 10 inch by 2 inch round pan. Place a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper on bottom surface.
