Hi Tammy:-) There are many Pulled Pork recipes that have been previously posted here at recipelink. Just type the words "pulled pork" in the search box. There are a number of ways to cook it. You can cook it in an oven, crockpot, pressure cooker or smoke it ahead of time in a smoker or on a grill. If you really smoke it in a smoker or on a grill, you can do it ahead of time, refrigerate it, then serve it from crockpots. In fact you could do this with any of the methods. A recipe that I previously posted for Alabama Style Pork Barbeque (click here) was given to me by a friend who used it for a cookout for about 40 people. She baked several roasts ahead of time (maybe 3 or 4), pulled the meat, refrigerated it in the sauce, then reheated it at party time. Let everyone make there own sandwiches. It is often popular to serve coleslaw on top of the meat before putting on the top bun. Good side dishes would be potato salad, Boston Baked beans or Texas style pinto beans, fruit salads, macaroni salad etc., etc., etc. In addition to the recipes already posted here at recipelink, I will post 3 recipes that have gotten good reviews from people who have tried them. The beauty of Pulled Pork is that it is about the least expensive cut of meat you can buy, it's delicious, and it serves a lot of people.
