Coffee Punch
3 cups strong coffee 1 quart milk 3 large cans evaporated milk (not condensed) 1 gallon ice cream of your choice (vanilla, chocolate or coffee) 2 liter ginger ale or club soda 1 cup sugar Vanilla to taste
Make coffee early in the day or the day before, if possible. Combine coffee, milk, sugar and vanilla and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, pour all ingredients in large bowl; add ice cream and ginger ale or club soda.
For added zip, add a fifth of coffee liquor, Amaretto, or your choice.
Serve 50-60
Hi Terri, This is another variation but I hope it will be close. Maybe if you sub chocolate milk for the milk.
