Sausage Wontons (Posted as tried by Becky TX Nov 6 1999) These are always a favorite, and very easy to make!!
1 lb. cooked and drained sausage 2C. shredded cheddar cheese 8oz. bottled ranch dressing 1 chopped red pepper 1 pkg. won ton wrappers(in produce section)
Blot sausage dry and combine with above ingredients, except for wonton wrappers. Push wrappers into muffin tins, 1 wrapper in each cup. Bake in 350 preheated oven for 5 minutes. Take wrappers out, should be lightly browned, and place on cookie sheet. Fill each wrapper with mixture and bake at 350 for 5 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!!
