Taco Dip
3 (16 ounce) cans vegetarian refried beans 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix 1 (20 ounce) jar salsa 1/2 head iceburg lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 onion, chopped 3/4 cup chopped black olives 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Place the beans in the bottom of one 9x13 inch clear glass dish. In a medium bowl combine the sour cream with the taco seasoning. Spread mixture over the beans. Spread the salsa over the top of the sour cream. Top the sour cream with a layer of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives. Sprinkle cheese over the top and serve.

Orange Glazed Cocktail Sausages
1 package Lit'l Smokies (50 links) 1 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoons mustard 1 tablespoon vinegar 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
Combine ingredients and heat until warm in microwave.

Quick and Simple Cream Cheese Special Appetizer
Place a block of cream cheese on a plate. Pour some soy sauce over....use your own judgement as to quantity, but less is better than more! The idea is to have a little flavor. Top with toasted sesame seeds. Garnish with fresh parsley or mint leaves if you want. Serve with assorted crackers. Always a hit! ________________________
Crab 'n Stuff
8 oz. imitation or real crab meat 8 oz. cream cheese Seafood or cocktail sauce
Combine cream cheese and crab. Shape in a ball. Pour seafood sauce over crab ball. Serve with wheat crackers.
