I am trying to plan my own wedding reception. With a very limited budget. I am hoping to have an outdoor reception in late July. Sometime cold would be nice, as long as it doesn't melt too easily (we are right outside of a house if refrigeration is needed). I was also hoping for something not so traditional i.e. vegies and dip.
