SHRIMP REMOULADE 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, boiled in seasoned water, peeled and deveined
Sauce: 1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 stalk celery, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 dill pickle, finely chopped 1 teaspoon tarragon 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper (or to taste) 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste) Combine sauce ingredients and let sit for 1 hour. Cut shrimp up and put in sauce.
