SHRIMP OR CRAB PUFFS

6 oz. crab or shrimp
4 oz. whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp. pimiento, finely chopped
1 can crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Mix together crab or shrimp, cream cheese, and pimiento.

Separate crescent rolls and flatten out slightly.

Spread 1 1/2 teaspoon of crab mixture on each crescent roll; roll up as directed on package. Lay on prepared baking sheet.

Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Cut into 4 sections while still warm.

To reheat, place in microwave for 20-25 seconds.

To freeze, prepare rolls but do NOT bake until ready to serve.

HOT CRAB AND CHEESE CRESCENTS

1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow crab
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. minced onions
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

Thaw snow crab, drain thoroughly and chop coarsely.

Combine crab with mayonnaise, cheese, and onion; mix well.

Separate dough at perforations and shape into triangles and then cut lengthwise down middle of each to make a total of 16 triangles. Press into shape. Spread with equal portions of crab mixture. Roll up loosely and peace on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
