Black Bean Spirals
4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup (2 ounces) pepper jack cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon onion salt 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained 3 flour tortillas (10 inch) drained Salsa
Beat chesses, sour cream and onion salt in small mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Place beans in food processor container fitted with steel blade or blender; process until smooth. Spread thin layer of beans onto each tortilla spread cheese mixture over beans. Roll tortilla up tightly; refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa. Makes 12 servings
