I was wondering if anyone knows of a recipe for a type of hot toddy/irish coffee. A couple of years ago I went to a Christmas Party where the host served a hot drink that was GREAT!! I don't know the recipe but I know she creamed powdered sugar, butter (I think), and maybe cream (I think). I know she heated up the mugs before hand with hot water. I think she filled the mugs 1/2 way or so with hot water and a shot of whiskey and then added a dollop of the powdered sugar/butter/cream mixture. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Am I remembering it wrong? I would appreciate anyone's help...I am having a Christmas party soon and would like to serve it. Thanks
