I am planning a birthday tea party for my daughter and want to serve sugar cubes instead of messy sugar. I'd love a recipe for the icing flowers to decorate the cubes but cannot find one. Obviously they would need to be able to dissolve completely without leaving a residue in the tea. Any ideas?
