Hi...At my nieces wedding this past Fall, she served a variety of desserts. On one table she had "miniature wedding cake cookies". These were cut-out sugar cookies in 4 round sizes. We then decorated them in white and a light pink in a variety of ways. (She saw these in a Martha Stuart wedding magazine). There were about 40 of these,(not enough for everyone), and they seemed to impress people. The cookies were baked and frozen ahead of time, and then the day before the wedding I assembled them. I have also seen single cutout cookies with a frosting "monogram" on them in the wedding colors....Good luck, and Best Wishes.
