I have the recipe you are looking for using the Orville Reddenbacher's popping and topping oil.

RANCH OYSTER CRACKERS

1/2 bottle Orville Reddenbacher's popping and topping oil
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch

Heat both in saucepan. Add oyster crackers. When adding oyster crackers, also add some garlic salt and dill weed.
