I have had hand dipped cheesecake on a stick at festivals, but cannot figure out what they are dipping it in. It is a frozen piece of cheesecake on a stick, dipped in chocolate, keylime, orange, and other flavors. The dip hardens almost like a dipped ice cream cone. Does anyone know what is used for dipping. It is wonderful, full of calories, and just what I'm looking for! Thanks Lisa
