KRAFT CELEBRATION SANDWICH LOAF

FOR THE HAM SALAD:
1 1/2 cups ground, cooked ham
1/3 cup chopped pickles
1 tsp Kraft prepared mustard
1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise
FOR THE EGG SALAD:
6 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
1 tbsp chives
2 tbsp pimiento, chopped
salt and pepper
1/4 cup Kraft mayonnaise
FOR THE SALMON SALAD:
1 (7 3/4-oz) can salmon, drained and flaked
1/3 cup ripe olives, sliced
salt and pepper
1/4 cup Kraft mayonnaise
FOR THE CHICKEN SALAD:
1 1/4 cups ground cooked chicken
2/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
salt and pepper
1/3 cup Kraft mayonnaise
FOR THE LOAF:
margarine, softened
3 pkg (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise
1 (16-inches long) loaf white bread, unsliced
garnishes

TO MAKE THE FILLINGS:

HAM SALAD:
Combine ground ham with chopped pickle, mustard, and mayonnaise.

EGG SALAD:
Combine hard-cooked eggs, chives, pimiento, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

SALMON SALAD:
Combine salmon, ripe olives, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.

CHICKEN SALAD:
Combine ground chicken, pineapple, green pepper, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

TO MAKE THE SANDWICH LOAF:
Remove crusts from bread, cut in 5 lengthwise slices. Spread each with margarine and a filling. Stack layers; chill.

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Frost Sandwich Loaf, reserving 3/4 mixture for decorating. Garnish as desired. Chill.
