SMOKED SALMON PATE

1 (6 ounce) can smoked salmon, drained
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cream style horseradish (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 to 1 cup chopped nuts (for coating)

Place all ingredients, except nuts, in food processor and blend until smooth.

Shape into ball (refrigerate first if necessary for easier shaping) and roll in nuts.
