BLEU CHEESE PATE

2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese
1 pound bleu cheese, crumbled
1 cup butter, softened
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
2 dill pickles, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped drained capers
1/2 cup chopped chives
TO SERVE:
crackers and/or assorted veggies, such as cucumbers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.

Mix cream cheese, blue cheese, butter, and ham until smooth. Fold in pickles and capers. Chill for 2 hours.

Using wet hands, shape into a ball, then roll in chopped chives. Chill until serving.

Serve with crackers and/or assorted veggies, such as cucumbers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.
