CHUTNEY CHEESE PATE

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
2 teaspoons dry sherry
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
TO SERVE:
1/2 cup chutney
finely chopped green onions with tops
crackers

Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Shape mixture into a 1/2 inch thick circle. Chill until firm.

Spread chutney over the top and sprinkle with green onions.

Serve pate with crackers.

Makes 1 cup
