HONG KONG SPREAD1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened Place the sesame seeds on a baking sheet and place in a preheated 300 degree F oven for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool on paper towels. Add the toasted sesame seeds, the soy sauce and the ginger to the softened cheese. Combine well. Chill, covered. Serve surrounded by sesame seed crackers.
