AVOCADO DIP2 medium-large avocados 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 medium tomato, chopped and drained 1/2 small onion, finely chopped 1 can whole green chilies, chopped and drained 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon seasoned salt Cut the avocado in half; remove pit and save. Peel avocado and mash with lemon juice. Stir in the remaining ingredients and add the avocado pit. Cover and chill until ready to serve; remove pit. Serve with chips.
