KEY LIME CHEESEBALL
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter, softened
3 Tbsp plus 1/2 Tsp Key Lime Quick Mix
Mix together cream cheese and butter. Add Key Lime Quick Mix and blend well. Refrigerate one hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.
Optional: roll ball in coconut or chopped almonds before serving.
Serve with graham crackers, bagels, or sliced fruit.
