BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP

2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
2 large cans chunk white chicken, drained (or) 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 cup Crystal's or Franks Red Hot Sauce (or similiar brand)
1 (8 oz) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Frito scoops (to serve)

You can make this in a 9x13 pan or split it and make in 2 pie plates.

Spread cream cheese in bottom of pan or plates.

In skillet, melt butter, add chicken and hot sauce. Saute for about 10 minutes (just long enough for the sauce to really mix with the chicken).

Spread chicken mixture over the cream cheese. Cover with Mozzarella Cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350 or until cheese is melted. Pie plates can be microwaved until bubbly 2-4 minutes.

Service with Fritos Scoops. Enjoy!!!
