My mom is 87 & loved the Whipped Cream Chicken Salad recipe on this site. Some older people have a hard time chewing so this was very nice. Maybe you could make an oven fried chicken & a good potatoe salad recipe. One with a cooked dressing would be good. Lemonade is a must - maybe also a sugar free version? I have decorated using yellow & white polka dot fabric & daisys. Have fun!
