I have misplaced my pimento cheese recipe made with Rotel. It had 3 cheeses, sharp cheddar, mild cheddar and Monteray Jack, mayo, pimento, s&p........just can't remember the amount called for in my recipe. Can you help?? Hope so, it is wonderful to serve as a party food with fancy crackers, sandwiches or stuffed celery.
