CINNAMON POPCORN 2 quarts plain popped popcorn
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Place popcorn in a 15x10-inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix egg white, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour over the popcorn and mix thoroughly.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 2 quarts
