CREAMY, DREAMY, SPINACH, ONION AND BACON DIP

1 (lb) bacon cooked and crumbled
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinich.thawed and squeezed dry
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped onions, thawed and squeezed dry
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese softened
1 (5 oz) package shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl Spoon mixture into a 2 quart baking disk.

Bake 30 minutes untill hot and bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
