What about a Seafood Pasta salad. If you are interested will look up a recipe, the ones I have eaten use spaghetti, but any pasta will do, let me know. Also, have you thought about using the small red potatos, boiled in crab boil, halved, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for color and serve with dipping sauces. I like them dipped in tartar sauce, but could use remoulade(probably mispelled) or any number of sauces. |
