My daughter is getting married in August and we are expecting 250 guests. We are having food stations but I'm not sure how much food we will need. I plan to have a fruit/cheese/vegetable display for guests to nibble on until the bride and groom arrives. We would like to have beef carving station; pasta station, ham biscuits, mini crab cakes, mini quiche. I'm not sure if we have enough variety and definitely don't know quantities. The wedding is at 4:00 with cocktail hour from 5:15-6:15 (food stations will open at 6:30). Any ideas? Thanks.
