I am getting married in March next year. We are starting our planning and are paying for it all ourselves so the budget is tight. The event is going to be in the afternoon. It is going to be a buffet style reception and I would like to have some sort of variety. There is definatly going to be jambalaya and white beans but thats about as far as we've gotten. I'd like to get some sortive menu going so I can start pricing this stuff and see how early I can start to slowly accumulate everything. I am open to anything that is inexpensive and can be pre made or/and easy to make.

Thanks!
