Hi I'm planning to be married sometime next summer. I would like to invite all my family and friends(children included)to help me celebrate. I'm thinking of a picnic to keep costs down. My family is willing to help cater but I'm trying to come up with a little more upscale picnic fare. Does anyone have any ideas? This would be buffet style. I would like to have appetizers and a signature non-alcoholic drink. I also would like some kids fare and I was thinkink of a cupcake wedding cake and a dessert bar. I would like ideas for dishes that can be prepared as much as 2 months ahead of time and frozen. The park I'm considering also has an inside venue in case of rain. Thanks for all your help.
