I posted the spinach ball recipe long ago and suprise I see a question about it dated about a mnoth ago ....

Glad somone (cathy?) was around to answer the question and hope all worked out well.

I would have answered it -- no I don't precook the spinach -- just micro thaw it enough to break it up or leave in fridge the night before so that it is ready and thawed when I make em -- usually I don't plan that well though tehe ...
oh and i don't squeeze it dry either -- too much work --
recipe is EASY and FORGIVING :-)
