Here's a recipe for Mexican Sunset Bread that I just discovered, it's great.
for regular loaf and large loaf 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup 2 1/4 cups bread flour 3 1/3 cups 1 Tbsp sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp 1 1/2 Tbsp *taco seasoning mix* 2 1/2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp chunky salsa 3 Tbsp 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup 1/2 Tbsp dried cilantro 1 Tbsp - or - 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves 3 Tbsp 3/4 tsp yeast 1 1/2 tsp
notes: use chunky style salsa
recipe can be made with regular or rapid rise, not delayed cycle **in place of taco seasoning mix I use a mixture to equal 2 1/2 Tbsp of the following: 1 Tbsp dried minced onion 1/2 Tbsp dried minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp Lawry's season salt the remaining 1/2 Tbsp is equal parts of dried red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika and thyme
