BROWNIE COOKIES 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Melt chocolate chips and oil in saucepan until smooth. Add brown sugar, stirring until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture until well blended. Mixture will be the consistency of brownie batter. Refrigerate one hour. Roll in 1-inch balls and drop in powdered sugar. Bake on very lightly greased cookie sheets for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
