ISO: Baking Pan Prep Mixture

I once came across a "recipe tip" for a baking pan preparation...
you mixed shortening with flour and maybe vegetable oil to create a mixture to oil & flour baking pans at once - it worked GREAT but now I can't remember the actual recipe. Have you ever heard of it?
