Recipe: Deep Fried Banana Wrap

Misc.
Recently we vacationed in Phoenix and ate at a wonderful restaurant that served a terrfic & decadent dessert. A banana was put into the center of a tortilla shell, mini chocolate chips were sprinkled on top, and then the entire thing was rolled up neatly like a package and deep fried. It was then served with a drizzle of chocolate. Some variations could be some marshmallows also put inside, or after deep frying, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Experiment!
